As The Cooperation Band prepares to represent Scotland at the 2026 World Music Contest in Kerkrade, Netherlands, we are delighted to invite supporters, friends, and members of the wider community to a special World Music Contest Preview Evening.
This event offers a unique opportunity to hear the band’s complete contest programme ahead of our journey to one of the world’s most prestigious music competitions. In doing so, The Cooperation Band will become the first Scottish band to compete at the World Music Contest, marking a significant milestone in both the band’s history and Scottish brass banding.
During the evening, the band will perform Mirage, the Championship Division set work, alongside our own-choice programme that will be presented on the contest stage in Kerkrade.
