Romantic Brass – A Special Fundraising Concert for Beatson Cancer Charity
Join us for an extraordinary evening of music as The Cooperation Band, alongside the legendary John Wallace, presents Romantic Brass—a concert featuring remarkable transcriptions of works by Rimsky-Korsakov, Dvořák, Wagner, Schumann, and Sordillo.
This concert holds special significance, as these transcriptions were completed by John Wallace during his treatment at the Beatson Cancer Charity clinic in Glasgow last year. Demonstrating immense resilience and artistic passion, John dedicated his time to creating new arrangements of these stunning compositions, and we are honored to bring them to life in this fundraising event.
